Submit Your Event to our Feds Events Calendar
If you are interested in having your campus event included on the Feds Events Calendar, please complete the form below. If your event is approved for posting by the Feds Information Technology (IT) Department, please allow 72-96 hours for posting.
Criteria for inclusion on the Feds Events Calendar
• For Feds clubs/services/societies: You must have your event approved via an Events Form in advance. If your event form requested a booking, make sure you have received confirmation of your booking before posting your event on this calendar.
• For University of Waterloo Departments and Faculties: Your event is approved on a case-by-case basis on relevancy to the student community at Waterloo.
• For External Organizations: Your event is approved on a case-by-case basis on relevancy to the student community at Waterloo. Charitable or not-for-profit event activities only.
Please make sure the Organizer Name matches your official name. This way it will be displayed on Student Portal under your Society / Club / Service name.
