Clubs President's Meeting (Attendance Mandatory* for Active Clubs)

Dates: Tuesday May 16th 3pm-4pm and Thursday May 25 1:30pm-2:30pm

**Note: Attendance by at least one club executive to at least one session date is mandatory, as part of being active for the term. It is recommended that the President attend, but other execs may attend as the club representative. Please contact the Clubs Support Team (clubs.support@feds.ca) if availability issues arise.

Fall 2017 Locker Forms Due

Club Locker Applications are due Friday July 14th 11:59pm. 

Submit your application through http://www.feds.ca/clubs-locker-request-form/.
*This form is optional. Current locker occupants must reapply!

Term Acknowledgement and Signing Authority Forms Due

Due Date: Friday May 12th 11:59pm

Existing clubs who have been inputted into the database:

  1. Log in to clubsadmin.feds.ca using your quest credentials
  2. Select your club
  3. Select manage club
  4. Select view term acknowledgement form
  5. Select Spring 2017
  6. Input the signing authorities for Spring term. You can the 12 other members by selecting add member if they have changed from the previous term.
